exposure to hazards but not removing them. Determine 5 (FIVE) examples of
administrative control that can be applied in industrial workplace.

hazards need to be identified, assessed and controlled. Prepare and generate a
HIRARC report by identifying FIVE (5) hazards. Analyze the risks and suggest the
risk controls.
