Abstract:

This paper explores the meaning of sovereignty

and why it is vital in today’s climate. It focuses
on the innate needs that must be fulfilled by
virtue of being human and highlights the
difficulty faced in meeting these needs in a
sustainable and healthy way.

It highlights the need for a different approach

to meeting these needs. It goes on to propose
intuitive tools that create pathways to taking
charge of one’s life.

These tools are based on primary research with

leading mind, body and psyche teachers,
consultants and specialists.
