Dear all GPSH family Member,

We are conducting a Portraiture Program of Photo session for website and other hospital
promotional future activities. This is our humble request you all that consultants should be come
in attire like GPSH Apron with Tie & Dr. Sarvesh Joshi (Managing Director), Mr. Roopesh
Mathur (Chief Operating Officer), (Mr. Lokesh Godara (GM-Operations &Quality), Mr. Vishal
Sharma (Head Marketing), Mr. Harish Asrani (Head business development), and Mr.
Kishanveer Rajawat (Head finance) should be come in formal (Coat pent & tie) and Dr Laxmi
(Medical Services) ,Miss Anushka (HR Manager), Miss Rajginder Kaur (PCS head) will be wear
sarees.
Schedule of Program:-
1. Portraiture Program Date: 20th August 2018 & Time 3.00 Pm - 6.00 Pm
2. 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Photo session of all team members in Board room.
3. 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM hospital building photo session In hospital building part including
(ICU, Rooms, OPD’s, Reception, X Ray, Echo, CT, Physio, Cath, Emergency, SSI, RM.
4. 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM Photo session of IVF center.
5. 5:15 PM Group photo of hospital staff
6. And form 5:15 PM to 5:30 PM followed by High cup –tea.
