 I. Narrative Report

Conducting this kind of action plan to my community is such a privilege. I

have given the chance to see deeper about the problems, insufficiency and
necessities of our community. This brought me also to have guts to
accompany the officials of our Barangay to put possible solutions to every
problem. The experience was great to delve deeper in diverse situation of
people in our community. As student, this kind of plan is an effective platform
if there are people would carry the implementation of the progress of a certain
problem. It is quite shameful to ask people in our community yet quite helpful.

This is Mrs. Merry Ann D. Payac, a 29 year old wife from Purok 5, Libasan. She has 2
off springs. They are four (4) in their family.

This is Mrs. Maryjean D. Maque, a 32 year old wife from Purok 5, Libasan. She got his
first child named Renzvan. They are three (3) in their family.

This is Mrs.Rosano Digaum, a 60 year old woman from Purok 5, Libasan. She has
three off springs, they are six (6) in their family.
This is Mrs. Lucila Bongay, from Purok 5, Libasan. She has two grandchildren and
they are six (6) in their family.

This is Mrs. Cecil P. Digaum, a 29 year old wife from Purok 5, Libasan. She got her
first child named Nathalie Claire. They are three (3) in their family.
