     Before becoming the Malabon City Mayor, He served as the barangay
    captain of maysilo for several terms. Brgy. Maysilo bestowed upon him
    the honor of being their Outstanding Brgy.Captain in 1989. And the
    KAMANAVA Press corps. Recognized him as 1994 Outstanding
    Baranggay Captain in North Sector of Metropolitan Manila.

    Hon. Amado Vicencio (1995-2002)
     Dr. Amado Vicencio or Mayor Boy, the beloved former mayor of the City
    OF Malabon for three consecutive terms was confirmed with Ph.D in
    Public Administration , honoris causa by the City of Malabon University
    in 2004.
    Hon. Canuto Oreta (2004-2010)
     He ran for mayor in 2004 and won under the Nationalist People’s
    Coalition banner. He won a second and third term in 2007 and 2010 ,
    respectively, unopposed for the last 2 terms.
