In this Law is focused on Policy planning, Improved Public Access, Resource- Sharing and Capacity-Building, Comsumer Protection and Industry Development. And it expected to spearhead the following: Nation building through ICT, Safeguarding of information, Advancement of ICT in the Philippines. In accordance to our opinion, If we were to revise this, we would add the restriction access on pornography site’s in order for the students to focus or something. And minor ones should not access such things as this malicious sites. And the Public access category should have a limit in some users like underage ones. And keep the internet a clean environment to all youth.
