Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing today to complain the telpad (tablet) that your agent gave us.
We were assured that the said telpad is for free and no additional payment
upon subscription will be made. However, when we received the monthly bill
( Plan 1299 ) it appears that there was indeed an additional payment
amounting five hundred pesos ( P 500.00 ) Since, there is an additional
payment. I would like to return to your good office the unit for the following
reasons:
1. That the tablet (telpad) was received not by the subscriber;
2. That the tablet (telpad) was received by my mother because the
agent said that it is for free on the Internet/Landline Plan that I am
currently subscribed with;
3. That I have not signed any contract on that matter;
4. That your agent deceived us that the tablet is free;
