Barangay Alasasin, Mariveles, Bataan
Barangay Captain

Thru:
MRS. GIRLIE CANLAS
Barangay Alasasin, Mariveles, Bataan
(Position)

Sir/Ma’am,

A very pleasant day.

Mariveles National High School Cabcaben Annex (Alasasin) prepares for the transfer of
Grade 9 and Grade 10 students to the recently constructed buildings in the new site of school
near Alasasin Check Point. Not only are some of the rooms ready for occupancy, but another
contributing reason to this decision is because of the renovation of Alasasin Elementary
School to its rooms which cause the high school to give back some of its borrowed rooms to
the elementary.

For this reason, we, the General Parent-Teacher Association of MNHS-Alasasin requests
for the participation of the group of Alasasin street sweepers and other environmental
cleanliness-involved groups in a clean-up drive to be conducted in the premises of the new site
of MNHS-Alasasin. This is to ensure the safety and security of the students inside the school,
and also to keep them from possible physical harm, and diseases.

We hope that through this letter we have expressed that the intention behind this letter is for
the betterment of the entire community. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude for your
unfailing support to our school. Thank you and God bless!

Respectfully yours,

MR. RAUL VENTURINA
