A universal induction heater HI -1630 with an electronic control is a small size and
low weight, high performance and cost effective device. The induction heating
can be conducted both in a vertical and horizontal direction. Maximum weight of a
heated part is 55 kg. The induction heater performs an automatic demagnetization
of bearings after their heating to a defined temperature. Baltech HI- 1630 induction
heater is equipped with an automatic overheating protection. It is easy to use.

BALTECH HI-1650
The induction heater Baltech HI-1650 performs heating of bearings up to 210 kg. It has
a heating temperature control system within the range 0-240º. The yoke moves along
the guides and perfectly fits a bearing bore. The Baltech HI-1650 induction heater has an
electronic timer 0-99 minutes. The induction heater maximum power is 10 kW. Automatic
overheating protection, automatic demagnetization, modern electronics.

BALTECH HI-1670
The Baltech HI-1670 induction heater is intended to heat large-size
bearings up to 560 kg with a minimum inner diameter 60 mm and
a maximum outer diameter 1020 mm. The induction heating can

OPERATION PRINCIPLE OF THE INDUCTION HEATER

The induction heater is a special transformer with a primary winding with a big number of turns and a secondary
short-circuited winding, the role of which is performed by a bearing and a heated metal part with a bore, through
which a magnet core passes. Current ratio is inversely proportional to the ratio of the number of winding turns. Thus,
large AC current that is flowing in the secondary winding, in bearing rings, causes their even heating up to a required
temperature. The primary winding and a transformer core are not heated.
When the induction heater switches off, bearings can have residual magnetization, which attracts metal particles
and causes damage to the bearings. BALTECH HI Series induction heaters automatically demagnetize bearings after
heating to a defined temperature.
The use of the BALTECH HI Series induction heaters excludes smoke, strong smells and oil pollutions, it is harmless
for staff health.
