Terms and Conditions

Reservations

Reservation can be made through email or going to our agency personally. Reservation
should be made one week ahead of the desired travel period. A name list would be
required at least one week and two days prior to arrival to facilitate rooming of participants
upon arrival.

Condition

60% of the payment should be given for the tours confirmation while the other half will be
through our agency’s bank account make sure that there will be no deduction of payment
and will be settled or paid within one week before the desired travel period.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

We accept payments in personal , transaction accounts and we have a payment

website. No matter how you choose to pay your transactions it will be safe , reliable
and secured with connection network we enables online transactions available.

CHANGE /TERMINATION

The company reserves the right to raise a price in accordance with changes in
taxation on other public fees , or fluctuations in exchange rates.The terms must also
specify that the prices may be reduced on similar grounds.For example we
forgot to list your registration we are going to offer some package that is similar to
the package you chose.

Cancelations

Cancelation should be made within 2 weeks before the guest arrival for the tour, but should
bear with the rules upon and conception of following charges.
