INTRODUCTION

A. Company Profile
Crystal Clear is the leading brand of water in homes and offices nationwide. With over
500 branches to ready to serve you nationwide, Crystal Clear is just a phone call away. Crystal
Clear Water Refilling Station is a franchise originally owned by Aileen Nieveras Agacita and is
now manage by Guillermo Nieveras. It is located at Lingsat, City of San Fernando, La Union
within Flying V compound, right in front of Lingsat elementary School and Saint Louis College.

Mission:
To convert our own and our franchisees’ resources and assets into capital and cash flows
in a profitable, innovative, equitable and sustainable manner.

Vision:
To be the country’s premier provider of world class drinking water geared towards
globalization, delivering excellent products and services; equipped with competent professionals
imbued with dedication and authority.

B. Problem Definition
1. Time consuming and prone to errors.
-It takes time to compute for the sales and some errors in recording transactions
often happen.
2. Difficulty I tracking inventories
-Lost bottles were difficult or unable to track that could result to a realization of
loss in the business.
3. Missing records of transaction
- Sometimes the owner tends to misplace some records of some transactions due
to unorganized order of transactions.
4. Takes time to update reports.
-The owner has to search his records manually to update reports.

C. Objectives of the Study


1. To get rid of the time consuming, sometimes unreliable and manual recording of
transactions.
- Faster transactions with the customers and errors in recording transactions will
be minimized.
2. Have a real time update on bottle inventory tracking.
-To keep information about how many bottles are on the customers and bottles
had already been returned to avoid loss of bottles.
3. Have complete files on customers’ cash inflows and outflows.
-To keep information about the customers paid and unpaid accounts.
4. Get fast, accurate, and updated reports whenever they need it.
-To provide the owner reports that is accurate and timely.
D. Project Description

 Process Flow:
The system is designed to record the customers’ profile that can track information about a
particular customer and can put the corresponding price of each order. Through the orders, the
system will summarize the income for the transactions encountered by the company.

Monitor transactions
Track bottle inventories
Compute for sales and income
Record list of major customers
Updated reports of transaction
Summarizes report
Search customer and the related transactions.

 Functionality:
The system is designed to help the business in recording its transaction and list of
customers, to compute total bottles left within the business and the total number of bottles on the
delivery monitors the inflows and outflows of bottles to avoid loss in inventories, to compute for
the sales automatically and to provide updated and accurate reports.
