RESOLUTION

Resolved that the official student publications of Columban College-Asinan Elementary, Junior
High School, and Senior High School Departments will be participating in the 13th National Media
Conference at Punta Villa Resort Inc., Sto. Niño Sur, Arevalo, Iloilo City on September 11-13, 2019 with
the theme “Fostering an Upright Campus Journalism in the Era of Generation Z”.

Resolved further that, there will be a registration fee amounting to P5,100.00 for each participant,
which covers the 3-day conference.

Resolved further that, the aforementioned registration fee will be shared by both the institution
and the student-delegates.

Resolved further that, the amount to be shouldered by the institution will cover 70% of the
registration fee which is P 3,570.00.

Resolved further that, the remaining 30% of the aforementioned fee, which is P1,530.00, will be
shouldered by the student-delegates.

Resolved finally both of the institution and the student-delegates, including those with parents/
guardians, agreed to this compromise thus will pay the amount specified in this resolution.
