An organization is a group of persons constituted to achieve specific objectives the

Such as production department, finance department, marketing department,HR
department,R&D department and warehouse.
Business communication specifically concerned with well defined business activities.
There are two types of business activities.

To communicate organization mission,vision,goals and objectives.
2.EXTERNAL:
Creditors/Bankers
Customers
Government
Public

OBJECTIVES OF BUSINESS COMMUNICATION:
Communication could have many objectives depending upon the group and context. The
following are the objectives of business communication.
TO INFORM:
People within the organization have to be informed about organizational goals, objectives,

by financial and non-financial incentives.
Sound communication enables the workers to solve their greviounses which reduce the
tension and industrial unrest.
TO PURSUEVATION:

Problems may arise in course of carrying out any task or project. These issues can be solved

Decision making is a very important function of a business organization well thought and
