REQUIREMENTS AND ANALYSIS


. The solution are given as a proposal. The proposal is reviewed on user request and suitable
changes are made. This loop ends as soon as the user is satisfied with the proposal.

3.1 PROBLEM DEFINITION

roof.

The general requirement of this project are as follows:

2. Error Free
3. User Friendly
4. Secure
5. Low Maintenance

FACT FINDING TECHNIQUES

It is very important for the analyst to know the existing system and Understand the
various needs of the end users, this is very important as to get the information regarding
the organisation for which the project is to be made.

Any of the techniques such as observation of the work environment, interview with the
user of the existing system and questionnaire, one of the traditional fact finding techniques.
Among the specified, I considered questionnaire as of the suitable techniques for this
project to analyse fact.

3.2 REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION

The system must encrypt the password of the customer to provide security.
