Job title: Service Crew

Reporting to: Manager/Supervisor

Salary: 50 pesos per hour

Hours: 48 hours per week

Location: McDonalds, McArthur Highway, Talomo District, Davao City

Purpose of the position

The purpose of this position is to provide manual labor for the everyday needs of
this establishment. This contributes to the objective of this establishment which is to
provide quality services for our customers and enhance their dining experience.

Responsibilities and duties

Responsibility 1 – To handle and prepare food for the customers while keeping in line
with food safety standards and protocols

Work standard: Evaluation will be performed through the tallying of food complaints by the
customers regarding the cleanliness of their food

Responsibility 2 – Must maintain a healthy hygiene at all times to promote workplace

cleanliness and to keep in line with the safety standards

Work standard – At the end of each week a personal inspection shall be held to see
whether or not the employees are following the grooming and hygiene standards for
example:

Checking if the nails are properly clipped

Responsibility 3 – To clean the tables and facilities of the establishment when needed

Work standard – The cleanliness of the establishment and all equipment inside it will be
inspected at the end of each working shift.

Essential qualifications

 High school graduate

 18-30 years of age

Desirable qualifications

 Single
 Not in education

Work experience and skills

Essential experience

 1 year of experience in manual labor

Desirable qualifications

 Has an experience working under pressure

 Has an experience in a customer service environment

Personal qualities and behavioural traits

 Basic understanding of the English language

 Can read and write

 The position of service crew shall be supervised and trained by the Manager and
will continue to be supervised by the Manager after their training for the duration of
their stay as an employee of this establishment
 Must maintain friendly relationships towards co-workers as well as the customers
