WHAT IS AN APPETIZERS

Are small portions and usually display the characteristics found
in most salad.

Are popular accompaniments to potato chips crackers and raw
vegetables.
7.FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Fruits are good appetizers because they give an attractive
appearance fragrance appealing taste and delicious flavor.

The rules of good menu balance also apply to plating.
ATTRACTIVE PLATTER
Presentation may be made on silver or other metals on morrors

they are presentable and suitable.
