Corporate style elements like the purple and green color scheme shine through the
office lighting and interior solutions. Urban areas were a source of inspiration
for interior designers, each of 15 floors reminds us of a certain recognizable street
in major Russian cities. The Company’s mission – to draw different cities nearer to
each other – is directly reflected in the office where the “Novosibirsk” and

The head office of RUSAL has brought together employees of the company’s different - General contractor (fit-out)

business units in one building. The headquarters is located on 10 floors of BC Park Pobedy.
The office space combines functionality with environmentally benign materials and
technological outfit. The premises are equipped with a central air-conditioning system. It is
vital to mention a special focus on environmentally friendly finishing materials: the open
space zone is decorated with carpeting from native fibers while the walled offices are
finished with precious wood species.

Armenia. It is a mixed-use center which apart from the school building, features a - Landscaping

volleyball grounds plus tennis courts. The construction was carried out under
adverse climatic and groundwater conditions. The experts of RD Construction took
some measures to ensure seismic safety and sure protection of the school building

Headquarters «Rostelecom» – is one of the largest and most hi-tech office facilities in Russia.
- Design
The project delivery on a tight schedule required high professionalism from RD Construction’s
team, with three design teams, 60 highly skilled engineers and over 700 workers involved in
construction works. Green technologies were tapped in creating the new Rostelecom office.
Installed in the premises is the LED lighting that allows significant power savings, while the
temperature in the walled offices is regulated by “cold beams” – the structure that enabled to
dispense with air-conditioners. As a result, the Rostelecom office was awarded the
environmental construction certificate BREEAM. 48 000 m2

The headquarters is built in line with the highest quality standards, boasting up-to-date - General contractor (fit-out)
utilities and all engineering equipment controlled from a single center using an
intelligent automated control system. Used in the fit-out of premises were
environmentally benign materials whose high quality is corroborated by certificates of
conformity. The ground floor of the business center features reception, lounge,
conference hall seating 200 guests; found on floors two to six is open space working
area. Floor seven will accommodate top management offices, board of directors meeting

The cinema is equipped with modern automated engineering systems and the very latest in
projection equipment. It is the only cinema in the world to have 10 halls equipped with the
most advanced sound system available today – Dolby Atmos. Contemporary trends in design
were taken into account in the development of the interior. It is based on natural materials and
finishes (wood, stone, metal), leather upholstered furniture, geometric forms, and dynamic
and warm lighting.

constructivist style. This project will remain a bright spot in the portfolio of RD Construction for
many years. Attention to details, exclusive materials and technical solutions, a complex project
plan and very tight construction timeframe – all of this presented a challenge which the
company successful handled in creating these headquarters for the Client.

RD Construction was responsible for the fit-out of the office premises, installation of
engineering systems and modernization of core building systems. The business center, in
addition to the open-space work zone, has training and educational classrooms, meeting
rooms, conference halls as well as recreation areas, a doctor’s office, bank branch, sports
hall, technical premises and server rooms. A modern engineering system with a high
degree of automation was installed in the building. In order to guarantee the
uninterrupted functioning of all systems and maintain a comfortable climate in the office,
an additional high-power cooler was installed on the roof of the business center.

The design idea is based on three constants: "City", "future", "Innovation". Office premises are - Customer
penetrated by elements of corporate identity, which convey the company's philosophy. - General Contractor (fit-out)
Corporate values are transmitted via graphic elements, colors - black, white, turquoise - and the
very geometry of space - it's clean lines, right angles, ascenders. In the office recreated
elements of the showroom, as well as show examples of engineering and finishing solutions RD
Construction. For example, in the premises of the Department of capital construction is made
open ceiling with communications, which demonstrates the high quality of the installation of the
cooling fancoils and wiring of complex engineering systems. 2 200 m2
