REFLECTION
Being part of 1st work immersionist in Bacacay Municipal Police Station (MPS) is
really a best experience I ever had. In Bacacay MPS I learned a lot. I learn how to be
more sociable to others. I learn how to communicate with a proper way. I learned that
being friendly is not only to those people that are the same with your age but also to
those people that even if a professional one you can be more friendly with them too. I
learn how to place my jokes. I learned to be more formal when they talk to us in a
proper way, i gained more knowledge on some laws and articles given to us by Bacacay
MPS personnel during our sessions while we are in the station such us the Republic Act.
9262 or the “Women and Children Protection Policy” and Republic Act. 7610 or the
“Anti-Child Abuse Law”, I also learned in the Station that “What You See, What You
Hear, leave It at the Four Corners of the Stations” secrets are safe in the MPS, I learned
that I can go to Police Station anytime, if I have a problem, if I have a problem that I
don’t want to know by the public, you can go to Police Station even if you are not a
like a true parents to us. I enjoy staying there and I have fun. It’s fun because
sometimes some of the police there, they have time to socialize with us and have some
jokes for us that made us laugh even more. The first time I saw them I’m really nervous
because what if they don’t like us having in their station? What if they snob us? What if
they don’t welcome us but all of my imaginary just lift in one blink of my eyes? They
care for us and they care for our future. The way they talk to us is just like their
friends that they don’t care if we are just students that don’t have any idea of what
they’re talking about. They share some of their cases that they are holding that they
trust every one of us that we will never told to others. It is very an overwhelming
feeling that they trust us that they have their fortitude to tell us some of their cases.
I will reminisced all the memories that I can experience while I am in the station

In staying at Bacacay Municipal Police Station is really the best
experience. The highlight of our immersion was the Seminars given to us by

(PCR) to the community and what was the role of the Investigation team of
Bacacay Municipal Police Station (MPS), they also explained to us the RA.
9262 or the Women and Children Protection Policy and RA. 7610 or the Anti-
Child Abuse Law, also PCINSP. Domingo Tapel Jr., Bacacay MPS Chief of
Police, explained to us the CSOP and the CATA or the Community Anti-
Terrorism Awareness.

OUTPUTS
In 10 days staying at Bacacay MPS I am very thankful that I am one of
the 1 batch immersionists of our section. We do a lot of things inside the station
st
but we need to be careful because all the data inside the station are
confidential. Our major duty in the station was to comply all the previous to
recent Police Clearances by month and to assist all the people who will get
Police Clearance from the station.
The previous and recent Police Clearances compiled by the 1st batch of immersionist.
