1. How does the government implement article 33 of the constitution? Give

Answers :
1. In our opinion, the Indonesia’s economy is starting to improve, but in every
policy there are always things that must be sacrificed as the paragraph 3
says our natural wealth is used for the prosperity of the people but much of
our natural wealth is sold to private parties whose interests are used for the
country’s economic needs, ironically people like riding in their own country,
the end of our wealth will be exhausted and the economy will decline, so
the policy decided by the government on the sale of natural resources will
make the country’s own loses.

2. In our opinion, 34 article hasn’t implemented by the government yet.
Because there’s still a lot of people who lived unproperly, such as living on
the streets and begging for money and foods to people, and there’s still a
lot of children’s exploitation out there. In health services, BPJS is one of the
object to help people in health cases has been made but not to facilitate
the community, it’s instead to complicate the community. For example, the
hospital’s services is very bad and many hospitals don’t accept people that
using BPJS.
