Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be informed that employers with unremitted past due contributions may settle
their payments without penalties under the SSS Contribution Penalty Condonation
Program.

The 6-month program for the condonation of penalties on delinquent contributions,


which began when the new SSS Charter took effect on March 05, 2019, will accept
applications until September 06, 2019.

Any employer who is delinquent or has not remitted all contributions due and payable to
the SSS may apply, including the following:

a. Those not yet registered with the SSS, including household employers;
b. Those with pending or approved proposal under the existing Installment
Payment Scheme Program of the SSS;
c. Those with pending or approved application under the SSS Program for
Acceptance of Properties Offered Through Dacion En Pago;
d. Those with pending cases involving collection of contributions and/or penalties
or non-reporting of employees before the SSC, the regular Courts or the
Department of Justice or Office of the Prosecutor;
e. Those against whom judgment had been rendered either by the SSC or the
regular Courts but have not complied with the judgment;
f.Those who settled all contributions before the effectivity of R.A. No. 11199 but
with unpaid or partially paid penalty/ies for none or late remittance, and
g. Those against whom a Warrant of Distraint/Levy/Garnishment (WDLG) or
Encumbrance had been issued.

DEED OF SALE WITH ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE

This DEED, made and executed in ________________, Philippines, by and between:

the VENDOR.

aforenamed mortgagee under the terms and conditions set forth in two instruments of mortgage,

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of P3,300,000.00, Philippine currency, the
said VENDOR does hereby sell, transfer and convey, in a manner absolute and irrevocable, unto the
VENDEE, her heirs and assigns the real property above described together with all the improvements
existing thereon, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances excepting the mortgagee as may be
subsisting in favor of RCBC SAVINGS BANK; and
The VENDEE does hereby accept this sale and binds herself to assume as she hereby assumes the
payment of the unpaid balance of the mortgage in indebtedness of the VENDOR amounting to
P335,336.26 for the first loan and P517,669.59 for the second loan as of this date in favor of the
aforenamed mortgagee and does hereby further agree to be bound by the precise terms and
conditions therein contained.
The SELLER shall secure the approval of the Mortgagee to the assumption by the BUYER of the
mortgages over the subject parcels of land.
