1. Understanding
 Take care of the wound,
 replace the dressing and clean the wound.

2. Purpose

a) Prevents infection

b) Helps wound healing

c) Increase client's self-esteem

3. Equipment and materials

a) The instrument contains:

1) 2 anatomic tweezers

2) 2 pieces of tweezers

3) Network scissors

4) Curing 2 pieces

b) Other equipment:

1) Trolly

2) Drum contains sterile gauze

3) Correct

4) 1 pair of clean gloves

5) 1 pair of sterile gloves

6) Hypafix to taste

7) Scissors plaster

8) Little little

9) H2O2 (Perhidrol)

10) NaCl 0.9%

11) Crooked

12) Crackle bag

13) Medication as advised

4. Implementation Procedure

a) Pre-Interaction Stage

1) Verify the therapy program

2) Wash your hands

3) Wear clean gloves

4) Placing the instrument near the client

b) The orientation phase

1) Say hello and greet clients

2) Explain the intent and purpose of the action to be taken on the client

3) Asking the client's readiness before the activity is carried out

4) Give the opportunity to ask the client before the action

c) Stage of work

1) Maintaining client privacy

2) Adjust the client's position so that the wound can be seen and reachable by nurses

3) Open the instrument tray

4) Pour 0.9% NaCl into curing

5) Pour H2O2 into curing

6) Take enough sterile gauze, then put into curing containing 0.9% NaCl solution

7) Take a pair of anatomical and using tweezers

8) Squeeze the gauze that has been poured into the curing

9) Place the gauze press inside the instrument bath or the lid of the inner instrument tub
10) Attach the treat under the client's wound

11) Open the bandage of the client's wound, before first wet the plaster or typifies with
NaCl or spray with alcohol

12) Put the dressing in a crooked or crackle bag

13) Observe the state of the client's wound, type of wound, the extent of the wound,
presence of pus or not and depth of the wound

14) Discard the decayed tissue (if any) using scissors network

15) Change clean gloves with sterile gloves

16) Perform wound care with gauze that has been given 0.9% NaCl solution and H2O2
solution until clean from the inside out

17) Apply wound medicine (if any)

18) Cover the wound with enough dry sterile gauze

19) Fixation of the wound with typifies

20) Trim the client

d) Termination stage

1) Clean up the equipment

2) Tell the client that the action has been completed

3) Thank you for your cooperation

4) Remove gloves

5) Wash hands

6) Document the activities
