Subject: PAYMENT OF ACTUAL WORK DONE AMOUTING TO RS: 1720000/- ON ACCOUNT OF

CONSTRUCTION OF NATIONAL BANK OF PAKISTAN KUNRI BRANCH.

R/Sir,

With profound respect it is submitted above said work was awarded by the Group Chief
logistic & Engineering group Nation Bank of Pakistan Head Office 2nd floor I.I Chandrigar
road Karachi. The period for the completion of the work was allowed (10 Months) vide
work order NO. EW/OPG/HO/42-8/26 Dated: 26-06-2009. The photo copy of work order
is per terms and conditions of the contract agreement. The Final Bill amounting to
Rs:1720000/- is also recorded and verified by consultant M/S NESPAK which is available
on the record of Engineering wing of National Bank of Pakistan. Inspite of completion of
work we have several time approached to the competent authority of clearance of
payment of our actual work done but no positive response has been received as yet.
In this connection legal notice though my advocate jhamat jethanand vide legal Notice
No: 04/2015 Dated: 26-01-2015 & last reminder notice no: 19/2015, Dated: 25-05-2015,
but no simple reply have been received from the engineering Group of National Bank of
Pakistan. The photo copy of legal notice are also annexed herewith.

Sir Inspite of expiry of 09 years no response has been received

and our payment of actual work done is still outstanding against the Department.

It is our humble request to kindly give us justice being a senior

citizen of Pakistan and take appropriate action against the defaulting officer/official and
redressed my genuine grievance.

For this act of kindness we shall be thankful and pray’s before

Almighty Allah for your long life and prosperity.
