Purchasing of business title and initial leasing of the land at the address of 870 Route 68
Approach. Route 68 Autos will bring more people to the county areas and with them their money.
There are 2 current new auto dealers in the city but none in the county which will mean Route 68
will get the majority sales in county and may potentially bring customers from the city up.

Reason for Application:

I want to bring commerce and income to the regional area of Los Santos being Route 68 located
near Blaine County. This location is fitting due to its size and geography – not too far from the
city but close enough to rural towns to bring/add economy to the State (expanded on below).
How will your proposed business help the economy of the state:
 Income from the sales of vehicles and motorcycles.
 Contractual agreements with Bearcat or G6 security.
 Increasing foot traffic to the rural areas of Los Santos, encouraging citizens to venture
north out of the city.
 There are other businesses along Route 68 and in Blaine County that will have a mutual
benefit with Route 68 Autos.
 This business will initially open up 5-10 more jobs and look to hire more on expansion.

Initial $1,500,000 to purchase the initial lease of land and title. Business loan of $5,000,000 to
purchase stock with company profits going back into stock and paying off the business loan with
an initial 6 month contract.

Residency Period:
1.7 years but moved out of the city for a few months during the middle time period.
