A Fond Farewell
It’s never easy to say goodbye, after spending 28 years doing something
I love so well. When I came to work at the Monorail, I did not realize how
deep an association I would have with such an iconic symbol of Seattle.
From my childhood memories of riding during the World’s Fair, to now
greeting people and selling tickets, the trains will always have a special
magic and place in my heart.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
I have been blessed to work for a great company that truly cares and Abraham 1/1
enhances the image of the Monorail. I personally want to thank all of the
staff at SMS for their dedication and teamwork displayed every day. You David 1/1
are family to me and made my job so much fun and enjoyable. Megan is Joseph deng 1/1
an awesome General Manager who provides great leadership. I am deeply Finn 1/18
indebted to our owner, and my friend Tom Albro for keeping the faith and
vision alive through some very turbulent times. The next few years will be an
exciting and extraordinary time for the history of the Monorail.

It’s been a great ride. Thank you for making the journey so special. I’ll still
drop by to say hello from time to time. Be sure to save me a seat!
