Child care provider & group leader April 2016 – June 2017
 I created a variety of materials for children to explore and manipulate in learning
activities and imaginative play. I disciplined children and recommended other measures
to correct behavior. I also carefully monitored children's play activities.
Little Puzzlers
Assistant teacher variance August 2017- October 2018
 I help out the teachers in the classrooms. I make sure that the children feel safe
and welcomed in the daycare. I help out with activities, and projects. I work with children
to make sure that they are having appropriate behavior and teaching them to have good
behavior. I also monitor children’s play activities.

 I was placed in a second grade classroom. In the classroom I observed the teacher
and learned what her teaching methods and strategies were. In the classroom I did two
read alouds, worked with students in small group readings, helped students with
assignments and homework, and helped the teacher with various tasks in the classroom.

 I was placed in a second grade classroom once again. In the classroom I observed
the teacher and the students. I also learned what her teaching methods were. In the
classroom I lead morning meetings, did small group teaching. I also taught one whole
group lesson. I would help the students during work time and with their assignments.
