    Good afternoon Ma’am/ Sir,

    Please excuse the following students (SFNHS Dancers) for they will be
    having their practice as our school’s representative for the 5th Caraga Mining
    Symposium and Safety Competition Interpretative Dance Contest to be held
    at Philippine Gateway Hotel, Surigao City on September 26, 2019.
    Hence, tomorrow (August 28, 2019) will be the first and final video shoot
    as one of the requirements for this contest. Deadline of the submission of
    entries will be on August 30,2019 for the choosing of the Top 5 Qualifiers.
    Please let these students to cope with the activities/quizzes that they will
    miss.
