Dear Sir:

Greetings!

We are McKinley Hill International School and Leadership Academy for Children from
the city of Batangas, an international school that provides opportunity for Filipino
children to experience an international curriculum and standard through the Calvert
Educational System for pre-school and elementary, and Brigham Young University for
high school.

Last October, we celebrated International Children’s Month through a film featuring

children’s rights as inspired by the book published by UNICEF entitled “For Every Child”.
Deeply moved by our children’s innocent yet compelling reactions towards the texts and
illustrations, and the poignant introductory words by Arch. Desmond Tutu, the McKinley
Hill Mentoring Team came up with a plan to stage an exhibit featuring our children’s
artworks and writings. It will be a traveling exhibit that aims to raise every family’s
awareness of a global issue and to reach out to different educational institutions and
families to propagate the rights of the child.

It is for this reason that we wrote your good office. We would like to propose a
partnership with you through KIDS Foundation. The team earnestly admires your
organization for its thrust of playing a big role in shaping, and making a difference in
children’s lives. We hope to be one with you in effecting meaningful, positive
experiences for children and families, initially in our community, and soon, beyond…
