    Dear Madame:

    I am writing to request for a National Memorandum of Agreement between TESDA and


    Fil Chi Love and Care Foundation Inc. for us to conveniently perform our operations with ease in
    various localities around the Philippines.

    It is our mutual interest, to help the marginalized and underprivileged residents, in further
    enhancing the programs and projects our organization has in store for the upcoming year. The
    National Memorandum of Agreement, as opined by the Legal Division of TESDA would properly
    limit the scope of responsibilities between our organizations to truly provide advantage to our
    prospective trainees and graduates alike.

    It would also specify the required guidelines under the laws of the Philippines concerning
    partnerships with TESDA and non-profit organizations like Fil Chi Love and Care Foundation
    Inc.
