The Mathematics Trainers’ Guild (MTG) Philippines announces participation to the following

Participation to the international contests aims to:

1. provide the Filipino learners with the appropriate venue to enhance their skills,
2. develop their potentials to meet international mathematics and science standards,
3. prove that they can stand at par with the world’s best in mathematics and science, and
4. promote Filipino culture and heritage to the world’s youth.

The target participants are learners or completers of the month-long MTG Philippines’ 2019
Mathematical Olympiad Summer Training Program at the Philippine Institute of Quezon City.

Participation of public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes


policy stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged
Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
