I am Maebelle R. Langam, a grade 12 student studying at the Science, Technology . Engineering,
and Mathematics (STEM) strand of Santa Teresita Academy, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. I am
conducting a research entitled " A Study for the Use of Glass as a Primary Building Material of Santa
Teresita Academy's School Buildings." The main goal of this survey is to decide whether or not using
glass as a primary building material is advantageous and/or not. Your participation in this survey will
greatly assist in the accomplishment of this goal.
This survey form is designed to acquire your opinion and judgment which will help develop the
study. Your answer will help address those serious problems associated with the use of glass as a primary
building material, develop ideas and make recommendations on ways to improve and help our
community.
