Recruitment procedures:

- Line-up of applicants for orientation. (Only include those who will really be hired and have a
reserve of about 10 applicants only. If the reserved will not be accommodated on the 21 st, make
sure they will be hired on the next month)
- Orientation of employees every 10th of the month. If it falls on a Sunday, then move it on the next
working day. (Employees who will not be hired on the 21st of the month must not be included in
the orientation.)
- Signing of contract of hired employees every 15th of the month. If it falls on a Sunday, then move
it on the next working day.
- Lamination of IDs must be done the day after contract signing. List of employees who will have
their IDs laminated must be prepared, and MAN must be given a copy for recording of their
payments. (IDs must be issued on the first day of work of employees.)
