For consideration in our discussion, the following are clips from the current SOW draft declaring

some client expectations of the Web portal they feel are included in their deal.

4. Restrict Access To Account Information – When web access to account information


is available, Subscribers will be limited to accessing and reviewing their own
account(s). Sales Agents will be limited to accessing and reviewing their Advertiser
accounts. .

A. Website Design And Support

EDS shall cooperate with AT&T’s website development team in the final design and
construction of the AT&T 1-800-YellowPages Program website. EDS’s website hosting
server shall interface with the finished AT&T site in order to receive messages from and
deliver data to web users. For planning purposes, EDS shall design the website capacity
to support up to ten thousand (10,000) active Subscribers initially, but it shall be scalable,
as directed by AT&T, to support up to one hundred thousand (100,000) active
Subscribers. The AT&T 1-800-YellowPages Program website support functions shall be
developed by EDS and hosted on a EDS server(s) at a location designated by EDS.

1. Sales Channel And Agent Interface – EDS shall provide at a minimum the following
interface services for the AT&T 1-800-YellowPages Program Sales Channels and Agents:

a. Acknowledgements - Acknowledgement of receipt of Contracts and Change


Orders
b. Ad Run Notification – Notification of Subscriber and Sales Channel of
scheduled Ad Run dates (after receipt from platform supplier)

c. Account Status Notifications – EDS shall forward notices to Subscribers and


Sales Channels about the Subscriber’s current account status as discussed in the
Billing Section above.

d. Ad Run Stop Notices – EDS shall forward Ad Run sop notices to Subscribers
and Sales Channels when the Subscriber’s account balance is depleted.
e. New Sales Agent Notices – EDS shall notify Sales Agents assigned to
currently inactive accounts when an new Sales Agent submits a new Advertising
Contract for a specific Subscriber.

2. Help Desk Interfaces – EDS shall provide telephone, e-mail and web-based interface
for Subscribers, Sales Agents and Channels and Consumers.

3. AT&T Interface – EDS shall provide the following handoffs to AT&T:

a. Periodic Reports – EDS shall forward the periodic reports as defined in the
Reports Section of this Agreement.
b. Financial Reports – EDS shall provide electronic financial reports to
designated AT&T managers as described herein.

c. Help Desk Calls – EDS shall forward all Help Desk calls requiring AT&T
intervention to designated AT&T staff.
d. Special Reports – From time to time EDS will be asked to prepare and
forward special reports.

B. Website Security

EDS is responsible for designing and managing website and database security and access
control. State of the art internet industry security measures and features shall be
incorporated into the design of the web-based system. The website shall require all users
to positively identify themselves prior to accessing the Subscriber’s account Information
utilizing access codes or other access procedures designated and controlled by EDS.
EDS shall manage the Subscriber, CMR, Advertising Sales Agent and AT&T access
password issue and maintenance process.

I. Website Availability

EDS shall design the website support function to be operational twenty-four (24) hours
per day seven (7) days per week. Web server maintenance schedules shall be managed by
EDS so as to have minimal impact on public access to the system. A website portal will
be delivered under a separate work order. (EDS to work on this!!!)
