Dear fellow co-operators,

Greetings!

In our effort to have a clear direction in the implementation of the plans and programs for the
promotion and development of cooperatives in our municipality, the Municipal Cooperative, Livelihood
and Enterprise Development Division under the Office of the Municipal Mayor wishes to develop a
working and harmonious relationship among bookkeepers and managers of the different operating
cooperatives that will further enhance support and camaraderie among each other, thus helping the
movement attain a small brother big brother relationship.

In lieu with this, we are requesting your good office to please allow your bookkeeper and manager to
attend the re-organizational and organizational meeting of cooperative bookkeepers and managers on
April 18, 2018, 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm respectively at Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipal Building,
Silang, Cavite.

We are hoping and expecting for your full cooperation and support for the success and progress of our
common goal and objectives for our cooperatives and the cooperative movement in our municipality ,
in general.
