Under the instruction of my client Director Mr.Sreela ohn of M/s Miracas Lifestyle Pvt Ltd,B1
Parmar Corner, Fatima Nagar, Opp Diamond Bakery Lane,Pune-411040 I have to address you as
follows:-

1) That you were an employee of my client as customer care and then promoted to
Operations Manager. Your tenure was from Dec.2014 till une 2016.
2) That you had taken a loan of Rs 60,000/= & had asked to deduct the amount of Rs
5000/= per month from your salary, likewise Rs 5000/= was deducted from your salary
for 5 months.
3) That you left the ob and you paid by cheques the remaining amount of Rs 35,000/=.
4) That you gave cheques of Rs 5000/= form your oint account no.68008797035 with Bank
of Maharashtra in the name of Miracas Lifestyle Pvt ltd bearing
i) cheque No.046668 dated 01/5/2016
ii) cheque No.046669 dated 01/6/2016
iii) cheque No.046670 dated 01/7/2016 and lastly
iv) cheque No.046671 dated 01/8/2016
5) That all the above cheques are dishonored and returned with memo stating reasons as
“Funds Insufficient”.
6) That my client had informed you for all the dishonored cheques before but you
apologized and said from that last cheque bearing no.046671 dated 01/8/2016 from
your oint account with Mrs.Mangala Anthony Avohyaswami from Bank of Maharashtra
lullanagar Pune Branch which upon your assurance was deposited in my client account

at ICICI Bank was again dishonored and the memo dated 18/8/2016 stated reasons as
“FUNDS INSUFFICIENT”
Under the above circumstance I call upon you to immediately within a period of 15 days
to pay back the dues of my client’s along with compensation as regard’s the physical and
mental agony failing which my client shall be constrained to file civil and criminal cases
against you in various courts of laws of india under section 138 of negotiable Act u/s 420
of india penal court and you alone shall be responsiable as to the costs and
consequence there of whichplease note:-

Lastly take note that it is defament of you which generated this legal notice, hence cost of Rs
8000/=is placed on you. EMPLOYMENT BOND OR CONTRACT CUM
APPOINTMENT LETTER

THIS AGREEMENT is made on the (present date)___________________ between

Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at. No. (Address)
____________________ 560 0xx (hereinafter called the “company”) of the one part and
(Name of the appointee)_________________ residing at (Address of the employee)

WHEREAS

2. Your monthly salary package will be as per the Annexure I. Based on the periodic
reviews your compensation package may differ as per the compensation Policy
applicable to other employees of your category in respective department.

3. The Employee shall perform such duties and exercises such powers as may from
time to time be assigned to or vested in him by the Board of Directors of the company.

4. The Employee shall, unless prevented by ill health or any unavoidable cause, during
the continuance of the term of his office devote his whole time, attention and abilities to
the business of the company.

5. The Employee shall obey the orders from time to time of the Board of Directors of the
company and in all respect conform to and comply with the directions given
and regulation made by the Board. He shall well and faithfully serve the company to the
best of his abilities and shall make his utmost endeavors to promote interests of the
company.

6. The said Employee shall not resign his office of Engineer Trainee –
Database/operations till the end of this contract period.

7. The company may terminate this agreement at any time before the expiry of the
stipulated term by giving one month´s notice in writing to him. The company
can terminate your contract any time if you-

• Commit any material or persistent breach of any of the provisions contained.

• Be guilty of any default, misconduct or neglect in the discharge of your duties affecting
the business of the company.
