 Responsible for the on campus hiring of graduates and post graduates along with off-campus fresher level

Responsibilities  Sourcing of candidates as per the business requirement through referrals and various job portals.
 Pre-screening of candidates at an initial level via telephonic interviews, conducting aptitude or sectional
tests for candidates, conducting face-to-face / telephonic/ Skype HR interviews.
 Responsible for entire recruitment process till the candidate joins including generating, sending and
confirming acceptances on offer letters sent for various entry and mid-senior level for different business
verticals.
 Handling entire campus recruitment process including coordinating with various Campus SPOCs and
freeze the Day 0 slots/ recruitment dates for the campuses to be visited, visiting various Tier-1 and Tier-2
Graduate, Engineering and MBA colleges for the hiring process, maintaining system entries for all the
campus hires on various internal hiring portals.
 Responsible for end to end arrangements for the Meet & Greet Event organized for the new campus
joiners (2017-2018) in EY, Mumbai.
 Migrated paper based aptitude test into online mode with the support of the internal IT team required

 Recognized for maintaining the PAN India Gender Diversity Data for the year 2017 – 2018.
