Colombian environment- vs the congo environment

Colombia is the congo-like because they have a very important bio-diversity for
environment conservation, congo has the second largest rainforest ecosystem on the
planet, the congo jungle is more protected than the colombian because of its importance
for climate change and protection of unique animals. in colombia the deforestation i
bigger than in the congo because Colombia has very soft laws for environmental
protection.

in colombia the care of the environment is in charge of the state but in the congo each
community has the management of it is territory. the reforestation in the congo is 2 % per
year, what is very important for its conservation, is much large than in colombia that does
not reach 1 % of reforestation

The forest elephant is the animal most attacked in the Congo by poachers because of the
value of its fangs, In Colombia, one of the most persecuted animals is the Andean bear for
their proximity with the farmers.

colombia has extinguished 10 animals species but the congo has extinguished 14 wild
species, congo it has more extinct animals than Colombia. In recent periods, Colombian
policies have become stronger in conservation but still not as efficient as in Congo.

The people of the Congo take great care of their environment because it is the source of
their wealth and almost 80 million people depend on the forest for their livelihood from
agriculture, hunting and fishing
