Course Description: The course centers on the theories, methods, and principles from various
disciplines. At the end, the students are expected to learn and understand
about individuals’ perceptions, values, perceptions, learning capacities and
actions while working in groups and within the organization and to
analyze the external environment’s that effect on the organization and its
human resources, missions, objectives and strategies.
