Uso de: There is/ There are

There is/There are There is and there are are used to talk about things
you can see or things that exist.

Usamos There is y there are para hablar sobre cosas que se puede ver o
cosas que existen.

We use there is with a singular noun and there are with a plural noun to
express quantity.

Nosostros usamos there is con los nombres en singular y there are con
los nombres en plural o que expresan cantidad

Examples:

There’s a blue flower.


There are pink flowers.

How many …? is used to ask about the number of things or people. How
many animals are there?

How many …? ( Cuántos/as, cuanto/a) se usa para preguntar sobre el


números de cosas o personas que hay.

Example: How many?
