San Juan National High School – SHS has a remaining unused budget of ONE
THOUSAND SIXTY PESOS ONLY (Php 1, 060.00) that is not enough to procure the remaining
item in our PPMP which is the Canon LBP 2900 Cartridge that has an estimated price of Php 2,
800.00.

In this regard, we would like to ask from your good office for the approval of the
Supplemental Annual Procurement Plan of SHS MOOE 2019 for the above mentioned amount
for your perusal.
