    The UMBC Intramurals will be on August 28-31, 2019. In connection to this, the BSBA
    Department had agreed to collect Php 180.00 contribution from students. The funds will be
    used for the expenses in every event participated by BSBA students. (Please see attached
    activity budget proposal)

    In this regard, we are requesting from your good office for the approval of the said contribution
    and to allow the cashiers office to collect the said amount on our behalf.
