result in Council treating any such tender as constituting a non conforming tender.

B1.2.2 All schedules MUST be fully completed including rates for all items listed. Tenders which fail to provide
all the required information may be treated as non conforming (hashes, “TBA” or any other expression
is not acceptable).

B1.2.3 All supporting Tender documents must be scanned for submission, including but not limited to, supporting
brochures, annual reports, insurance certificates, OH&S, AS/NZS4801 certification, Quality ISO9001
certification, similar documents etc.

B1.2.4 Tenderers will be considered to be “fully informed”. All the documentation MUST be read in its entirety.
All rates submitted (including subcontractors) will be deemed to have been prepared in accordance with all
documentation.

B1.3 VARIATION OF CONDITIONS OF TENDER

B1.3.1 If the tender is submitted on any Conditions of Tender which differ from Council’s Conditions, such
difference must be clearly stated in Schedule 6B. Council may treat any such tender as constituting a
non conforming tender.

B1.4 VARIATION OF CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

B1.4.1 If the Tenderer requires any alteration to the Standard Conditions of Contract, such alterations must be
clearly stated in Schedule 6C if such a schedule is provided in these documents. Council may treat any
requirement for alteration as constituting a non conforming tender.

B1.5 INSURANCE DETAILS

B1.5.1 Tenderers are required to provide details with their tender of –

B1.5.1.1 current Public Liability Insurance including the amount of cover; and

B1.5.1.2 WorkCover Insurer and Registration Number.

SCHEDULE 14 CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM

21/10/2019 that can be modified in future to a specific date at the date of letter of acceptance. Amendments may be

Health and Safety training and awareness is maintained through the use of Toolbox
meetings, site specific inductions, external training and site inspections. The results
derived from these practices are then discussed in the weekly employee meetings held

5 HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSULTATION


5.1 Is there a workplace health and safety committee? Y
AWS Services conduct weekly meetings with all levels of staff where OH&S matters
are consistently discussed with relation to past and current workplace incident
statistics and concerns. The OH&S committee is made up of the director, state
manager, compliance manager and Human resources who are involved in discussing
Health and safety practices in the workplace and coordinating HS&E processes.

been integrated into our CRM Software and are easily accessible to all staff and are

General toolbox meetings are held in head office with all staff in order to include staff
into OHS&E decision making as well as regular site toolbox meetings.

Comments: Each site is allocated a site representative to be in charge of the
management of the project as well as the safety aspect of the job. The Human
Resource Manager and Compliance Manager are also responsible to ensure all levels
of staff are complying to procedures and assist with OHS matters. The project
manager foresees all aspects of the work to ensure all operations are coming together
to complete the project to the highest capability possible.

SAFETY PLANS

Tenderers must provide evidence of their ability and capacity to comply with the requirements of the Occupational
Health and Safety Act (2004) and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2007.

As a means of demonstrating compliance, the Tenderer is required to complete Schedule 25B and must provide a Site
Safety Plan.

NOTE: Prior to commencing work the successful Tenderer will be required to submit a Site Safety Plan specific
to the Contract and which as a minimum addresses those matters included in Section 111 of the Specification.

To assist in the preparing the Site Safety Plan, the Contractor is referred to the Work Safe document
“A Handbook for the Construction Regulations – Working safely in the general construction industry”.

The Site Safety Plan specific to this Contract shall be submitted within seven (7) days of a written request to do so.

integrated management system in line with three standards which include AS/NZS
4801:2001, AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016, AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016. Please see attached

1.2 Is the Tenderers Environmental Management System Third Party Accredited? N
If YES, please attach details.
AWS Services has passed Stage 1 of the accreditation process and will be undergoing
Stage 2 shortly in order to become accredited against Environmental, Quality and
Safety standards. Our management systems have been created in compliance to
AS/NZS 4801:2001, AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016, AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016. See attached
Doc 2. Letter of Intent.
