Personality development among teachers has been a challenge as they
deal with the 21st century learners particularly on implementing discipline
and classroom management. This issue will resolve the disputes in
personal as well as professional drawback.
Stress is inevitable on the part of the teachers and administrators
especially in imposing discipline among the leaners. The school
administration should have at least one common mean of coping up
stress.
So as for the teachers and school administrators can deal with the
challenges that innovations bring in the teaching profession, they should
have the motivation to develop into a competent and trailblazing 21st
century educators.
