Pan-Fried Chicken and Vegetable skillet

With Avocado Puree


ENGREDIENTS:
1/2Kilo Chicken Onion leaves 2 teaspns Pepper
1pc carrot (open slice) 1pc Avocado 2 cubes sugar
1pc cucumber (open slice) 2pcs Lemon 2 teaspns salt
1 canned green peace 1/4 kilo flour 1cup of soy sauce
1 canned corn 1 cup Olive oil
Butter 1pc egg
White union (open slice) 2 cups Bread crumbs
PROCEDURES
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Prepare the 1/2 kilo of chicken and put the soy sauce, lemon, salt and pepper for marination.
3. Mixed the liquid ingredients which are the egg, lemon and flour.
4. After the marination, put the mixed liquid ingredients into the marinated chicken and roll it to
bread crumbs.
5. Fry it to the boiled palm oil and wait for 15 mins.
6. While frying the chicken, prepare another frying pan and steer the white onion.
7. Put the sliced carrots and cucumber.
8. Put the corn and green peace and wait for 5mns.
9. If everything are already cooked, put it to the plate for plating
10. And put the cutted onion leaves for toppings.
