DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED is made and entered into by and between:

JULIUS SALCEDO LORENZO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Purok 4, Feeder
Road #1, Brgy. Tibal-og, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDOR;

- and -

ART TYRON FAELDONIA SELDURA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Purok 20,
Brgy. Tibal-og, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of certain motor vehicle, which is more particularly
described below as follows, to wit:

WHEREAS, the VENDEE has offered to buy and the VENDOR has agreed to sell the above-described
motor vehicle, for the consideration and the terms and conditions set forth herein below:

That the VENDOR hereby warrants valid title to and peaceful possession by the VENDEE, his heirs
and assigns, of the motor vehicle herein sold and conveyed, and further declares that the same is free and
clear of all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.

NOW THEREFORE, For and in consideration of the sum of FORTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP
40,000.00), Philippine currency, in hand paid in full and acknowledged to have received from the VENDEE to
the entire satisfaction of the VENDOR, the said VENDOR does hereby SELL, TRANSFER, CONVEY and
DELIVER, in a manner absolute and irrevocable, in favor of the VENDEE, his heirs, assigns and successors-
in-interest the motor vehicle above described;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this October 11, 2019 at Sto.
Tomas, Davao del Norte, Philippines.
