ACTIVITY DESIGN
I. TITLE OF PROPOSAL : REBIRTH OF SOLSONA’S TOURISM ASPIRATIONS

I. RATIONALE
This activity will be the façade of the entire celebration. It will welcome all the
delegate through the launching of tourism tagline, exhibit of tourism livelihood related
products, and flash mob. The launching of tourism tagline will popularize and help the
locals and tourists to appreciate the spots that the municipality has to offer.
Meanwhile, launching the exhibit of tourism livelihood related products will help the
Non-Government Organizations introduce their income-generating projects through
innovative products. This will also heighten the probability of exportation of the
proposed products. Lastly, the flash mob will highlight the participation and inclusivity
of the partakers wherein the expected result is to enlighten the ambiance of the
venue as well as the mood of the participants.
II. OBJECTIVE
To intensify Agri-tourism.
To rehabilitate Municipal Plaza, Municipal Arc and Solsona-Apayao View deck
as hub of Solsona.
To intensify Socio-cultural awareness (Practices and Beliefs).
To heighten environmental Stewardship (Plasticless Municipality).
To create and generate tourism-related jobs and livelihood opportunities.
III. BENEFICIARY/PARTICIPANTS
The activity will be participated by all the bona fide residents of Solsona, LGUs,
NGOs, and even those from the different towns of the province. This imposes that it
will be open for all the interested partakers.
V. MANAGEMENT
The Local Government Unit of Solsona including the Municipal Tourism Council
members and assigned steering committee will supervise the implementation of this
activity.
It was funded by the tourism fund which will allot an amount for the conduct of
this activity. The prospective allocated amount is broke down as follows:
VII. MONITORING
The implementation of this activity will be supervised by the Municipal Tourism
Council members and the assigned steering committees. For safety precautions, the
involvement of MDRRMO, RHU, BFP, and PNP will be established.
