Success Criteria: Completing on time all actions related to the reduction in force for FY20, sharing reports, liaising with HR Directors and HRBPs, planning & leading RiF Calls with complex countries, handling issues related to the Forecast Tool, gathering data on country implementation strategies

Description: Create & launch the ER Confluence Page that will serve as an ER Training Portal for the EMEA HR Community. Structure and migrate ER information accordingly, create an inventory, list with users, granting accces to all users, sending launch emails. Success Criteria: Launch the ER Portal in October 2019

Description: At this point I am managing more than 12 Information & consultation Projects. I would like to attend a project management training that would enable me to gain more expertise in this area: PM techniques, tips & tricks etc. Support EMEA and global Business Groups deliver corporate initiatives and system implementations by facilitating any pan-EMEA consultation processes including the design/drafting of consultation materials and templates, liaising between business functions and various HR Directors and communicating regular updates to all stakeholders.
