We are grateful to ALLAH Almighty who gave us all the strength,courage,preservation and
patience to finish this report.We also thankful to our teacher who support us for completing
this report.

This project report attempts to bring under one cover the entire work and dedication put in by
all the group members in completion of the project work on capacity planning on a Bank.The
basic objective behind doing this project is to understand all the terms and details of capacity
planning as it play an important role in operations management.

In this project report we have included the various concepts,effects and implications regarding
capacity planning of Bank.

During this project report it helped us to enhance our knowledge regarding potential for
producing goods or delivering services over a specified time interval.

This report starts with the introduction of the topic i.e. Capacity planning.It then throws the
lights on the importance of the location in suburb and also covered the importance of capacity
planning.Then it has the further details followed by our findings and conclusion.

All the group members who were involved in making this project showed their efforts and hard
work while making this report and enables us to understand each and every single detail
regarding to our topic.
