JOB SPECIFIACTIONS:

 At least bachelor degree with a minimum exp. Of 4 years in cement manufacturing company
as sales manager.
 Thorough knowledge of projects related to Bhutan and the ability to drive in the customers.
 A sound understanding of competitors brand and devise strategies to strengthen brand and
presence.
 Having knowledge of accounting.
 Computer proficiency with strong analytical and communication skills.

Job description
• Formulating and executing sales strategy.
• Establishing and expanding the customer base.
• Oversee sales staff & monitor team performance and set targets.
• Travel to all target areas and have one on one relationship with all the main buyers.
