Estrella won minor awards for best in editorial shoot, best in production number, and best in interview, while Abad won minor awards for people's choice award, best in interview, best in warrior costume, Mr. Photogenic, and Mr. Popularity. Estrella said winning was a dream come true after years of dreaming of being a beauty queen. The first, second, and third runner-ups were also announced.

T.A. Fornier St., San Jose, Antique- Grade 10 and
Grade 8 overshadowed the other contestants during the Lakan at Lakambini ng Kalikasan 2019, earning the crown held last September 20 at Antique National School (ANS) Quadrangle. Matt Elmer Abad of Grade 8- Cranberry, gathered minor awards: People’s Choice Award, Best in Interview, Best in Warrior Costume, Mr. Photogenic, and Mr. Popularity while Greecia Joy Estrella of Grade 10- Einstein, gathered minor awards: Best in Editorial Shoot, Best in Production Number, and Best in Interview. “I was happy and I thought it was just a dream because after years of dreaming of being a beauty queen, it came true,” said Estrella. Other winners were Niño Reign Batiancila (Grade 10) and Frances LG Garion (Grade 9)- Lakan at Lakambini 1st Runner- up, Mikaela Coenine Cenal (Grade 8) and Quen Leo Gallano (Grade 7)- Lakan at Lakambini 2nd Runner-up and Joanna Elaine Semine (Grade 7) and Kenjie Valenzuela (Grade 9)- Lakan at Lakambini 3rd Runner-up.
