INTRODUCTION State the Learning Competency and recall about write ups.

MOTIVATION Engage the students in a game where they link the scrambled letters to the topic.

1. Engage the students in a group game and let them guess the hidden word
INSTRUCTION/DELIVERY posted on the board. They will be able to link the hidden words to the new topic
which is the nature of academic text.

The students will be able to think and distinguish the differences of the various
PRACTICE write ups they’ve made.

The students will read and evaluate the given four academic texts
